FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
IS THIS THERAPY?
No. I am not a therapist, and I do not provide therapy.
My services offer mental health support, coaching, and practical tools that can either complement therapy or stand on their own, depending on your needs.
If someone needs clinical support or is experiencing crisis-level distress, I will only continue working together if a licensed therapist is also involved. I can also help clients find appropriate care through my referral network.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I do not accpet insurance.
I am actively looking into options for the future. In the meantime, I’m happy to discuss pricing and accessibility during a consult.

WHY DANCE?
Sometimes talking alone can feel limited. Dance and intentional movement can support self-soothing, emotional expression, confidence, mood, and connection to the body.
It has been a meaningful part of my own healing, and I bring it into coaching when it feels supportive and aligned.

WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH COACHING
Mental health coaching is a space where people can address many of the topics that often fall through the cracks of traditional support networks. It’s a supportive place to talk through the parts of life, emotions, relationships, routines, and personal growth that can feel hard to manage alone.
Some examples can include:
-
Extra support with day-to-day challenges while you’re focusing on deeper work in therapy, like trauma processing
-
Support in an area that feels too big to rely on only a friend, partner, or family member for.
-
Mentorship from someone who understands the context of your unique circumstances, whether related to mental health, neurodivergence, identity, lifestyle, or lived experience.
-
Help with routines, structure, boundaries, self-advocacy, or emotional overwhelm.
-
Support practicing what you already know, following through, and being gentle with yourself in the process
-
A steady space to process life transitions, reflect, and figure out next steps
