MY MISSION.
I believe lasting emotional wellbeing is cultivated through diverse, layered support. My mission is to serve as an accessible layer within that system, offering grounded, trauma-informed support that adapts to what each individual needs most in the moment.
Drawing from both lived experience and professional training, I walk alongside clients in a collaborative, non-hierarchical way. Whether that means offering comfort during a hard season, providing gentle but honest accountability, or getting into the nitty gritty of daily routines and habits.
I create space for the conversations and patterns that often fall through the cracks. I believe emotional wellbeing takes a village - and I’m honored to be one layer of support within yours.
